For orders placed through the BK® App or BK.com, you can reach out to BK® Guest Care and request help with a refund or other order concerns.
Our team will review your case in line with our refund policies, which include eligibility criteria and standard thresholds.
Orders Placed In-Restaurant
If your order was placed inside a Burger King® restaurant or at the drive-thru, please visit that restaurant directly to request a refund.
Because payment is processed at the restaurant, team members on-site must review and approve in-restaurant refund requests.
