At this time, the email address associated with a BK® account cannot be edited once it has been set. If you would like to use a different email, you will need to create a new account.
Transferring Crown Points and Gift Card Balances
If your current account has a balance of Crown Points or gift card funds, our Guest Care team can transfer them to your new account once it is created.
Steps:
- Create a new BK® account using your desired email address.
- Contact Guest Care and provide the email address of your new account.
- Our team will transfer any Crown Points or gift card balances from your old account to your new one.
This ensures that your Crown Points and gift card balances are preserved while using your new email.
