You can easily apply offers from the BK® App when placing a mobile order.
How to redeem an offer in the app:
- Open the BK® App and go to the Offers tab.
- Select the offer you’d like to use.
- Tap Add to Cart on the offer.
- After adding the offer to your cart, you will then be automatically redirected to Menu tab. You can see a pop up at the top showing the Offer was applied to your order.
- From the Menu tab, you can then add the rest of your items to the cart.
- Review your order and check out as usual.
⚠️ Important: Make sure you select the offer before adding menu items to your cart so it applies correctly.
Troubleshooting tips
If you’re having trouble using an offer:
- Ensure you have the latest version of the BK® App (check in the App Store or Google Play).
- Confirm that your order type is set to Delivery or Pick-Up as intended — offers can vary by restaurant and by service mode.
- Double-check that the offer is valid at your chosen restaurant with the service mode selected.
