You can redeem eligible offers from the BK® App during an in-restaurant visit by adding the eligible offer to your account and providing your 6-digit “My Code” to the cashier before placing your order. This will ensure you earn Crowns and/or redeem your offer where available *.
How to check if an offer can be used in-restaurant:
- Open the BK® App and go to the Offers Tab
- Select the offer you’d like to use.
- Review the offer terms and look for the “Redeem In-Restaurant” icon. If you don’t see this option, the offer isn’t available for in-restaurant redemption.
- If available, the offer will be added to your My Code section, as shown in the image. Once you confirm it appears there, provide your 6-digit code to the cashier at the counter.
