The MyBKExperience survey is an online survey found on your in-restaurant receipt. Completing it lets us hear about your experience and provides a validation code you can redeem at the restaurant.
How to take the survey
- Visit the survey website: www.mybkexperience.com
- Follow the instructions on your receipt to complete the survey.
Important Rules
- You can receive one validation code every 30 days.
- A validation code is valid for 14 days after completing the survey.
- Codes can only be redeemed at the restaurant you visited.
- The survey offer cannot be combined with other offers.
- Our receipts are distributed nationally; however, it's up to the Franchisee whether they choose to activate the survey codes for guest participation. Additionally, not all receipts will contain survey codes.
